SkuFluent Receive privacy policy
SkuFluent Receive helps Shopify merchants record supplier deliveries, update inventory and item costs, and retain an audit trail. This policy explains the limited data the app processes to provide that service.
Data we process
The app stores the merchant's Shopify store domain and access-controlled Shopify authentication session data needed to operate the installed app. For receipt history and safe undo, it also stores supplier references entered by the merchant, product and inventory identifiers, SKUs or barcodes, quantities, item costs, selling prices, margins, locations, operation status, timestamps, and the pasted receipt text.
Customer data
SkuFluent Receive does not request customer, order, payment, or checkout access and does not collect customer personal information.
Use, sharing, and retention
Data is used only to authenticate the merchant, perform requested inventory operations through Shopify, and provide receipt history. We do not sell merchant data or use it for advertising. Hosting providers may process the minimum data required to run the service. Authentication sessions and stored receipt records are deleted after uninstall and in response to Shopify's shop-redaction webhook.
Security and choices
The app uses HTTPS, Shopify authentication, least-privilege access scopes, idempotent inventory writes, compare-and-swap safeguards, and validated webhook signatures. Merchants can revoke access by uninstalling the app. Privacy requests can be submitted through the Support page.
